- Home Base 1: Coffee County, Tennessee (north of Manchester)
- Home Base 2: Dauphin Island, Alabama

- Within 25 miles: no mileage charge
- Beyond 25 miles: reimbursed at the IRS standard business rate (currently .70 per mile)
- All tolls, parking fees, ferry charges, or required travel costs must be covered
