Summers Media Enterprises is led by John Summers, a researcher, writer, and storyteller with a background in teaching, preaching, and long-form narrative development, and Machelle Summers, whose partnership and support shape the creative and operational life of SME. Together, they built SME as a long-term storytelling project grounded in accuracy, clarity, and respect for the communities whose stories are told.
